The WBC world heavyweight champion had taken the crutch from someone else during the media day.
He has previously pulled similar stunts ahead of bouts earlier in his career.
Fury was seen limping around before fighting Deontay Wilder during their trilogy.
It later turned out to all be pretend, though, with Fury making it into the ring on fight night without issue.
His latest stunt came just moments before his dad John Fury confronted members of Usyk’s team.
Members of both groups were heard chanting the names of each fighter as they came face-to-face.
The cornerman was also left bleeding after clashing with the Ukrainian’s entourage on Monday.
